One panel of this black lacquered wooden base is mosaiced with waves of rainbow hued dichroic glass - as is the black powdered coated scope body. The liquid filled cell has more pieces of dichroic, as well as crystals, wire working, beads, and lampworking in those same colors. Altogether brilliant and shining.
